Cheesekut
- 1 paket biskut Deluxe Crackers ( nak pakai apa2 biskut pon ok..)
- Sedikit fresh milk dlm 4 sudu
- 1/2 tin susu pekat manis
- 250gm cream cheese
- Baki fresh milk untuk celupan biskut
- Antara bahan2 tambahan ikut tekak masing2 ye
- Oreo
- Nestum
- Filling blueberry
- Ni akak pose gambor ye
- Cara-cara
Cara-cara
- Pukul creamcheese guna mixer sehingga kembang. Kalau takde mixer, guna blender pun boleh. Kembang tu means creamcheese tu da jadik lembut pastu color dia jadik cerah skit.
- Masukkan 1/2 tin susu pekat manis. Tuang sikit-sikit. Rasa dulu, kalau kurang manis baru tambah lagi. Pukul lagi.
- Tambah sket fresh milk anggaran satu sudu ke 2 sudu. Tengok kepekatan bancuhan tu. Jangan cair sebab nanti kek jadik lembik susah nak potong. Kalau pekat sangat plak nanti bancuhan jadik sket plak so lapisan kek pun tak dapat buat banyak. So ikut naluri masing-masing la ye.
- Pastu ambik biskut n celup dalam fresh milk. Celup tu means dalam sesaat je sudah. Diingatkan celup je tau, bukannya rendam. Dah celup tu terus susun dalam bekas.
- Then lapiskan dengan bancuhan creamcheese tadi. Tak payah tebal sangat. Cukup sekadar menutupi.
- Then lapis lagi biskut2 yang da dicelup atasnya plak. Time lapis biskut ni tekan2 sket bagi dia mampat sket. Ulang lagi step 4 dan 5 sampai abes bancuhan creamcheese tadi.
- Atas sekali mesti lapisan creamcheese ye. simpan dalam peti ais. Biar semalaman ye bagi dia keras skit senang nak potong.
- Ok...bg yang nak tambah milo ke. Oreo ke blubbery ke nestum ke...boleh lah dintaburkan di atas setiap lapisan atau lapisan yang atas sahaja..
- eSok pagi bukak peti ais, taraaaa!!! Hasilnya.. Selamat Mencuba..
